IMPORTANT NOTE: We understand that you may have other options to sell/exchange/trade your machine cartridges. There are several online auction and classified sites that available and will likely result in more money for you - even after the time and expense of these options. We test each cartridge that is returned and will make them available for sell to others at a reasonable price.

If you have cartridges to return and looking for certain supplies or a new system - let us know, we will work with you... Tell us what you have and lets agree on the exchange credit before you return them? Just email returns@ohmycrafts.com or customer care@ohmycrafts.com. Tell us what cartridges you would want to return and what you think they are worth. Then we can come to an agreement before you send them. If they arrive as discussed, we will test them and issue the credit. Thanks!
USED CARTRIDGE Buy-Back Offer (Revised*)
Oh My Crafts will give in-store credit of $5.00-15.00* for each used cartridge that meets the following conditions:
1. Cartridges must be in complete working order to receive maximum credit. Once received, we will test for full functionality. If the cartridge does not work or is damaged you will not receive full credit. OMC is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping, and we will not return non-functional cartridges.
2. You must send the cartridge, in the box with all original content - including instruction booklet and overlay.
If you don’t have the original box, send the cartridge, overlay & instruction booklet (if applicable) inside of a sealed plastic bag.
3. We will test ALL cartridge(s) are received and tested you will be notified via email with your store credit amount.
4. Your return cartridge(s) must include a completed Return Authorization form with Return Authorization number (you'll find your RA number next to the License key field after completing your order).
*Credit amounts are typically $5-15, occasionally more for high-demand cartridges. Also, we deduct $1 if the box/container is not included AND/OR deduct $1 if the cartridge (Cricut only) has been linked to a Gypsy. It is hard to know what to offer a refund until we know what cartridges you want to exchange. If you would prefer to know a more accurate amount, consider this option:
